Mother and Toddler Exercise

These class are for all you mums out there looking to exercise in an environment that welcomes children. Bring your little ones along & have them with you while you workout. You can bring in toys, food or anything else you need to keep them entertained for the hour. If you need to take a break to feed or settle bub all good. The classes will follow the format of our regular Pilates Mat and Barre Attack classes. This class is suitable for all fitness levels & exercises can be modified to your individual needs. Just let us know what you need.
